Shipping policy

When will my order be shipped?

Our goal is to give our clients a smooth and effective order processing experience. We strive to process orders placed with us in a timely manner 1 to 2 business days.

When will my order be delivered?

The typical shipping period for your order is 3 to 7 working days after it leaves our warehouse. Please be aware that orders to J&K, military installations, rural domestic addresses, and North India will take an extra two or more days to arrive. We collaborate with all of India's top logistics companies to guarantee prompt and easy delivery of your order. Using the tracking information you received in your email, you can track your order at any moment.

Unavailable at the time of delivery or Invalid shipping address the courier will be returned back to our Warehouse. It will be only resend once confirmed on email or on WhatsApp from our team, shipping will be charged separately.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

We currently accept prepaid orders only; Cash on Delivery is not available at the moment.

What if an order is refused at delivery?

If an order is refused at the time of delivery for any reason, it will be returned to our warehouse. It will be re-sent only after you confirm with our team on email or WhatsApp, and the courier charges both ways (minimum of Rs. 250/-) must be paid before it is re-shipped. We hope you understand the effort, amount and manpower that goes into each order.
