This policy explains what personal information BloomHer by Bharti ("Bloomher", "we", "us") collects when you visit our website or shop with us, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

Account details: your mobile number or email address, which you verify with a one-time code to sign in, and your name if you provide it.
Order details: delivery addresses, the products you order, amounts paid, invoices, and delivery and tracking updates.
Payment information: payments are handled by our payment partner. We do not see or store your card, UPI or bank details; we only receive a payment reference and status.
Things you share with us: reviews, messages and emails to our support team, including unboxing videos sent for a return request.
Shopping activity: your cart and wishlist, so they are there when you come back.
Newsletter: your email address, if you subscribe to our mailing list.
Technical and security information: your IP address, browser details, and a security key created in your browser that keeps your session tied to your device. We use these to keep your account safe and to prevent fraud and abuse.

How we use it

To sign you in, process and deliver your orders, issue invoices, and keep you updated about your order.
To handle returns, exchanges, repairs and support requests.
To show verified-purchase reviews (showing only your first name and last initial).
To send newsletters and offers, only if you have subscribed. You can unsubscribe at any time.
To protect our store and customers, and to meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share only what is needed with the service providers who help us run the store:

our payment partner, to take payments and process any refunds;
our shipping partners and courier companies, who receive your name, phone number and delivery address to deliver your order;
our email and hosting providers, who send order emails and store our data securely;
authorities, where the law requires it.

Cookies

We use only the cookies needed for the store to work: one that keeps you signed in and one that protects forms against misuse. Your wishlist may also be kept in your browser until you sign in. We do not use advertising cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as long as needed for your orders, and afterwards only for as long as the law requires us to (for example, invoice and tax records).

Your choices and rights

You can view your orders and saved addresses in your account. To access, correct or delete your personal information, or withdraw consent for marketing, email us at BloomherCare@bloomherbybharti.com. We may need to verify your identity first, and we may keep records that we are legally required to retain.

Security

Sign-in uses one-time codes, sessions are tied to your device, and our systems are protected with encryption and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work hard to protect your information.
